Have you heard about the gun-control push from the American Medical Association (AMA)? Like it or not, the gun-control debate is a hot-button issue for many and some of the things that are said make me question things a little more.
Florida Cities Challenge State Preemption on Gun Control
This past Monday, ten south Florida cities joined together to challenge a state law. The lawsuit (included below) against Gov. Rick Scott, Attorney General Pam Bondi among other state officials, was filed in Leon Circuit Court roughly six weeks after the Parkland shooting.
